YouTube This tool uses YouTube API Services.

1. What DevMind Autopost is

DevMind Autopost is a private, internal tool used only by Dev Mind to publish videos that Dev Mind has made to Dev Mind's own social media accounts, including the Dev Mind YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public and no other person or channel can sign in to it.

2. YouTube API Services

DevMind Autopost uses the YouTube Data API (YouTube API Services) to upload videos to the Dev Mind YouTube channel. By using YouTube features through this tool, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Information we access, use and store

  • Access: with the account owner's permission (Google OAuth), the tool can upload videos to the Dev Mind channel (scope youtube.upload) and read the channel's own name and ID to confirm the connection (scope youtube.readonly).
  • Use: the tool only uploads videos, titles, descriptions and tags that Dev Mind created. It does not read, collect or analyse data about other YouTube users, channels, comments or viewers.
  • Storage: the only YouTube-related item stored is the OAuth refresh token for the Dev Mind account. It is kept encrypted in a private repository. Upload logs keep only the uploaded video ID and its privacy status.
  • Sharing: no YouTube data is shared with, sold to or disclosed to any third party.
  • Cookies: the tool has no public website, so it does not place cookies or similar tracking on any device.

4. Deleting data and revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is revoked, or on request to devmind.pk@gmail.com, Dev Mind deletes the stored refresh token and upload logs within 7 days. Stored API data is never kept longer than 30 days without being refreshed, in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

5. Terms of use

DevMind Autopost is provided only for Dev Mind's internal use. It must be used in line with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies, and the Google Privacy Policy. Dev Mind is responsible for the content it uploads. Dev Mind may change or stop the tool at any time.
